No Thanks – Return & Refund Policy
Let’s be real: we’re not Amazon, and we’re definitely not running a department store. Everything at No Thanks is custom-printed just for you, which means we don’t keep a warehouse full of stuff we can just swap out. So here's the deal:

💥 Got a damaged or messed-up item?
That’s on us—not you. If your shirt shows up looking like it lost a fight with the printer or has a weird defect, send us a photo within 7 days of receiving it. We'll either replace it or refund you. Simple as that.
Shoot us an email at hello@saynothanks.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • A clear photo (bonus points if it’s well-lit and doesn’t look like a potato took it)

📦 Lost in the mail?
If your order is MIA or says “delivered” but you’re standing at an empty mailbox like a sad puppy, let us know. We’ll help track it down and send out a replacement if needed.

🤷 Can I return it if I just don’t like it?
No thanks. Since every product is made-to-order, we don’t do returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • “I changed my mind”

  • “It looked different on my screen”


Pro tip: Check the size guide before you order. Seriously. It’s right there. Use it.
